🇬🇧 Terms of Service (English)
1. Scope of Services
We provide professional cleaning services for residential and commercial premises in accordance with the agreed service contract.
2. Booking and Scheduling
All services must be booked in advance. Any changes to scheduled appointments must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the agreed service time.
3. Payment Terms
Services are charged based on agreed hourly rates or fixed pricing.
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
4. Client Responsibilities
The client must:
- Provide access to the premises
- Inform us of fragile or sensitive items
- Ensure a safe working environment
5. Liability
We are liable for damages caused by our employees due to negligence. Any damages must be reported immediately.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice in accordance with the agreed contract terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
